Local Programs, Montezuma County
In collaboration with local schools, La Plata Field School is offering adventure programs for high school students. Some Sample Programs include:
*2-3 day ski trips in the San Juan and/or La Plata mountains.
*2-3 day backpacking, in the desert. Fall or Spring.
*Boating Program, basic whitewater canoeing and kayaking, Dolores and Animas River. Spring and Summer.
Arts Programs
We also aim to offer arts programs specifically in the performing arts, and in basic documentary film making.
