Customized Blocks for Waldorf Schools
Beginning Spring 2012 La PLata Field School will begin offering customized blocks for Waldorf Schools or private schools with flexibility to travel to Colorado to study hands on in the spectacular natural environments of mountains, deserts and native american communities of the southwest USA.
Sample Blocks:
Geology: Desert and Mountain Geology in the San Juans, La Platas and Colorado Plateu, float a river in canoes or rafts, while learning the science of geology.
Native American History and Culture: Learn from Native American educators while on the Navajo, or Nambe reservations of Arizona or New Mexico.
